●Shipping Method & Options
Rakuten Ichiba is home to more than 40,000 Japanese shops, and all the products are shipped from their respective stores.
The shipping method will vary depending on the shop.
※ Regardless of the shipment method your parcel may be opened at customs for inspection.
As each shop's shipment are managed by each shop individually, if you would like an estimation for a delivery date, please contact the shop directly or check the product page.
Please note that factors such as weekends, national holidays, customs clearance, delayed payments, and shipping fee confirmation may extend the delivery time.
Once an order has been shipped, the shop will send you a confirmation E-mail containing the order tracking number.
You can use this order tracking number to track where your parcel is currently at.
If you did not receive your order tracking number, or are having trouble tracking your parcel, please contact the shop directly.
●Ship to Country / Region
On product page, if you see "Estimate Shipping Fees" as in the images below, the product can be shipped to your country or region. By clicking the link or country list, you can see on estimated shipping fee.
If you see the message "This product cannot be shipped to...", you can try Package Forwarding Service.
The destination of where a shop can ship to depends on each shop individually. To confirm if your order can be shipped to your country or region, please check the shop's information page or contact the shop directly.
●How to Confirm Shipping Fee
Search for something you love > Check Product Details > Checkout > Confirm Shipping Fee Except in some cases, the shipping fee is not displayed at check out at this time.
You can check the shipping fee in the email from the shop after you complete your order.
Please reply to the shop to confirm your order.
● About Customs, Duties or Tax Fees
Applicable customs, import duties, and tax may be charged after the parcel arrives in its destination country or region.
These charges must be paid separately by the customer.
For information, please inquire directly to the Customer Institutions of the destination country or region.
●Prohibited & Restricted Items
Prohibited and restricted items vary depending on each country, therefore we ask that you contact your customs office for further detail.
Although shipping methods depend on each shop individually, for reference, you may refer to the international mail restritions.
You may also contact the shop / forwarding service providers directly to ask if they have previously had any issues delivering a specific item to your country.
※ It is important to confirm as most shops will not provide refunds if the product is confiscated by the customs office.
●About Order Tracking
If your order has not yet arrived, please track your order with the tracking number located on the order confirmation E-mail sent by the shop.
If you were not provided a tracking number, or are still experiencing trouble receiving your order, please contact the shop directly, and remember to provide your order number.
